About this Course

Do you work alongside youth in your school, municipality, or community organization? If you’re mentoring, planning with, or creating opportunities for young people—or just looking to connect with them more meaningfully—this session offers a chance to reflect and strengthen how you show up in relationship with youth. You’ll explore ways to build trust, center equity, and support youth leadership in a grounded, relational way. Join us on September 18 for the Lead Together Youth Champions Training, designed for youth champions who want to strengthen how they show up for and with young people. Date: September 18 Location: Heritage Park - Spruce Grove Hall Time: 1-3pm Who it’s for: Youth workers, educators, municipal staff, local elected officials, volunteer managers, program mentors You’ll leave with: ● Tools for assessing and improving youth engagement ● Strategies for building trust and meaningful relationships with young people ● A framework for equity-based, intergenerational collaboration ● Connections with others doing similar work Let’s move beyond tokenism and into partnership.
